Entrepreneurship is our passion. Our “Bilanzmanufaktur” is the result of a network of entrepreneurs, lawyers and tax experts. We are very familiar with the challenges faced by small and medium-sized companies.
This is especially true for companies that are on a growth course and want to expand in other countries. We meet these challenges with determination and strategic vision. We are dynamic, hands-on and success-oriented. We attach great importance to fair and direct dealings.
With our “Bilanzmanufaktur”, we use our many years of experience to the benefit of other companies. We support companies in developing a suitable growth strategy. For example, we optimize processes and advise entrepreneurs on the development of their products. Our dedicated network also takes care of legal and tax details.
For each project, we deploy optimally trained and specialized professionals. We master both west-to-east and east-to-west expansion.

To meet this demand, we have built up our accounting department from a small, agile team. Beyond the core team, we cooperate with partners from an international network.
This is composed of trustworthy experts. Their focus is on Germany as well as Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and Russia. What unites us all is the conviction: We don’t want to make speeches, we want to bring about real change in the interests of our clients.

“Bilanzmanufaktur” does not mean that we prepare annual financial statements in accordance with commercial law. We see ourselves as a manufactory because we take a holistic view of companies and entrepreneurs. With our professional management consulting we help our clients to secure and stabilize their business success and to assert themselves on the market. Together we set the course for your company to become more profitable and future-proof.
Within the scope of accounting, we support you in maintaining an overview of current transactions. With wealth management, we want to enable entrepreneurs to increase their company’s assets while also pursuing their private goals. This includes, for example, the timely planning of company succession. For this reason, we focus on both the company balance sheet and the entrepreneur balance sheet.
